Lift

Three Sets of:

Front Squat x 6-8 reps; Rest 10 seconds

KBS x 15-20 reps; Rest 60 seconds

Turkish Get-Ups x 1-2 reps per arm; Rest 60 seconds

Metcon

“Life” & “Fitness”

In teams of 2, alternate every 5 reps, for maximum reps: KB Ground to Overhead x 5 minutes

Rest 3 minutes, then:

In teams of 2, alternate every 15 reps, for maximum reps: Wall Ball Shots x 5 minutes

Accessory
Every 2 minutes x 6 minutes
Single Arm Row x 10-12 reps each arm @ a tempo of 2110
