Terms and Conditions

  • All membership fees are non-refundable, once the training period starts. This occurs at the time a member reserves a class in the upcoming month.
  • All memberships are non-transferable.
  • Appropriate taxes will be added to all fees and products.
  • Cancellation of membership: Cancellation notice must be sent via email to liz@alamocitycrossfit.com no less than 15 days prior to the membership renewal date.
  • Attendance Cancellation Policy: All Alamo City CrossFit members have up to 1.0 hour prior to class start time to cancel their attendance in the on-line registration system (do not call it in, or email). This allows for wait-listed clients or others wishing to sign up at the last minute to book themselves into the class.
  • Failure to cancel results in loss of that class.
  • Payment Methods: All memberships must be paid through the automatic payment system via credit card in order to receive the advertised price. If a member wishes not to enroll in the automatic payment system, a $20 monthly service charge fee will be added to the membership cost.
