Personal Training

A good personal trainer is part coach, part cheerleader, part kinesiologist, part physicist, and part fan.

Alamo City CrossFit provides personal training in San Antonio, Texas helping you build habits you’ll keep for life. This is available to anyone who prefers personalized programming and one-on-one coaching. If you would like to improve your skills or take your training to the next level, our coaches are available throughout the day for 60 or 30 minute sessions. Even our personal trainers coach and train each other. Everyone needs a coach!

Weightlifting

At Alamo City CrossFit, we also provide additional specialty programs including Weightlifting.  Open to all members of Alamo City Crossfit, these classes focus on the two Olympic lifts:  the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Training regarding these movements will be in-depth with additional supplemental elements of both lifts.

Core Training

At Alamo City CrossFit, we also provide additional specialty programs including CrossFit Core.  These classes occur on Fridays.  Similar to our regular CrossFit classes, Core training is 1-hour in duration but changes every week.  It includes a core-focused warm-up, followed by core-related skill work or weightlifting.  The hour ends with a “Metcon” which is a workout involving repeated and/or sustained high-intensity exercises specific to strengthening core.
