Personal Training

Your coach will do a detailed intake of your fitness and body composition goals. Potential goals may vary from fat loss, improving general fitness, generalized strength/muscle development, or specific goals to augment your skills in CrossFit (gymnastics, weightlifting) or other sports (i.e., marathons, football, soccer, etc.). Your coach will also perform an assessment of your current physical capabilities and/or limitations then combine all information to personalize a program just for you.
