**Labor Day Gym Schedule!**

Monday, September 3rd, we will have one class available at 9:00am. We will be closed for the remainder of the day. See you there!

LIFT
Snatch (1 rep)
2 sets @ 75% of 1 RM
2 sets @ 80% of 1 RM
REST 1 Minute
Clean and Jerk (1rep)
2 sets @ 70% of 1 RM
2 sets @ 75% of 1 RM
CONDITIONING
In teams of three, complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

Rest EXACTLY five minutes, and then:

In teams of three, complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Push Presses (135/95 lbs)
20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
