**Labor Day Gym Schedule!**

Monday, September 3rd, we will have one class available at 9:00am. We will be closed for the remainder of the day. See you there!

 

 

 

LIFT
Front Squats
2 sets x 8 reps @ 72% of 1RM
3 sets @ 6 reps @ 78% of 1 RM

CONDITIONING
Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes (4 sets) of:
Interval 1 – Hanging L-sit x 30 seconds
Interval 2 – Hollow Rock Hold x 30 seconds
Interval 3 – WB Russian Twists x 30 seconds

Rest 2 min

For max reps:
5 Minutes of Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
