**Labor Day Gym Schedule!**

CONDITIONING
800 Meter Run
50-Meter Suitcase Carry + Waiter’s Carry (Left Arm Overhead)
400 Meter Run
50-Meter Suitcase Carry + Waiter’s Carry (Right Arm Overhead)
200 Meter Run

KB 32/24 kg or DB 50/35 lbs
