High Hang Squat Clean (High Thigh)
Hang Squat Clean (Knee Level)
Squat Clean
Front Squat

CONDITIONING  (20 Min CAP)

For time:
2 rounds of:
10 Cleans, 165 / 115 lb.
12 burpees
Then, 2 rounds of:
10 cleans, 115 / 75 lb.
12 burpees
