4 Goblet Squats + 4 Burpee over bar

Mobility
Shoulder mobility

Clean Warm-up 
Power Clean + Hang Squat Cleans + Squat Cleans
Every 90s x 3sets (increase weight)
then build to a moderate load (70%-80%)
