In Teams of 3, AMRAP 20:

8 Burpees
4 Power Clean and Jerks

Male weights: 115-135-155-175-195 (Max rounds at 195)
Female weights: 80-95-105-115-125 (Max rounds at 125)
Score for the team is max rounds + repetitions completed.
Partners complete full rounds, then switch.
* 1 Round = 2 sets of AAB + Burpee + CnJ
**After each partner moves through twice (1 full round),the load increases.
