We invite everyone out on Saturday, Feb. 3rd starting at 8:00am – 5:00pm for Power Hour Team Competition. This event is free to all sectors so come checkout the action  and cheer on the competitors.  Food and drinks will be available for purchase.  
*CrossFit Class and Open Gym will be cancelled.  Barbell Class will run as scheduled. Normal schedule will resume on Sunday, Feb. 4th.*

LIFT
Set #1 – 1 Complex @ 50% of 1RM Front Squat
Set #2 – 1 Complex @ 55% of 1RM Front Squat
Set #3 – 1 Complex @ 60% of 1RM Front Squat
Set #4 – 1 Complex @ 65% of 1RM Front Squat
Set #5 – 1 Complex @ 70% of 1RM Front Squat
Sets #6-8 – Build to a heavy complex for the day.

Conditioning
5 Rounds:
1:00 – Row for Calories
1:00 – Thrusters (95/65)
1:00 – 10 Meter Shuttles
1:00 – Rest
