rest 90 sec.
*keep foot planted on box for the full set
*Concentrate on the eccentric part of the movement (coming down)
*Do not use foot on floor to help bounce up to the box (using momentum)

Every 5 minutes, for 35 minutes (7 sets) for times:
Row 500 Meters
8 Strict Pull-Ups (band as needed)
12 Toes to Bar or V-ups
16 Hand Release Push-Ups
