**Reminder**
New Year’s eve and day gym schedule

Monday, December 31st

One CrossFit Class from 9:00am-10:00am

Open gym from 9:00-11:00am

Weightlifting class from 9:00-11:00am

Tuesday, January 1st

One CrossFit class from 12:00-1:00pm

LIFT 
Hang Power Snatch
Set 1: 5 rep max
Then…3sets x 5reps @ 10lbs less than set. 1
 
 
CONDITIONING 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
6 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
12 Bar facing burpees
 
 
 
 
 
Core Work
3 sets ( w/ Sliders)
Body Saw x 10 reps
Mountain Climbers x 20 reps
Pikes x 10

Open gym from 12:00-1:00pm
