**New Year’s Eve and Day Gym Schedule**

Monday, December 31st

One CrossFit Class from 9:00am-10:00am

Open gym from 9:00-11:00am

Weightlifting class from 9:00-11:00am

Tuesday, January 1st

One CrossFit class from 12:00-1:00pm

Open gym from 12:00-1:00pm

LIFT
EMOM 10
3 Strict Pullups + 6 Air Squats

CONDITIONING
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
400 Meter Run
8 Chest to Bar Pullups
10 Pistols

Core Work
3 rounds ( 1 Minute each)
Low Plank
Right Side Plank
Left Side Plank
