CONDITIONING
In teams of two, with only one person working at a time,
complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

1000 Meter Row
100 Deadlifts (95/65)
100 Meter OH plate carry (45/25) each person
100 Walking Lunges
100 Push Presses (95/65)
