25% of Max Unbroken Strict HSPU
15% of Max Unbroken Strict HSPU

*Rest as little as needed between unbroken sets,
and rest 2:00 between rounds.

Life
In a pike position do Max set up HSPU then:

EMOM x 14 minutes do:
1-2 negative HSPU off the wall or 3 Pike HSPU

100 Double Unders or 100 jumping thigh taps or 200 single unders
800 Meter Odd Object run (weight vest, heavy medball, plate, sandbag)(if unble to run 200m heavy sled pull)
100 Double Unders or 100 jumping thigh taps or 200 sinlge unders
60/42 Calorie Assault Bike (80/60 Schwinn Bike or row)
