Great job during the last cycle of programming everyone! We had several people hit some huge numbers. Let’s continue the momentum. The next 6 weeks will be comprised of squatting and gymnastics. During this cycle please dial in your focus on technique so that we can hit some PRs with high skilled gymnastics and get those legs strong.

LIFT
Back Squat
6 sets x 2 reps @80% of 1 RM

CONDITIONING
Against a 2-minute running clock, perform the following:
15/10 Calorie Assault Bike or Row 250 Meters
Max Reps of Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Rest 2 minutes between sets, and complete a total of three sets.
