Review GHD sit-up technique/progression
Then, 2 sets of 10-15 GHD sit-ups (full or to parallel, depending on skill level)

Metcon (33 minutes)

Every 11 minutes for 33 minutes (working up to 10 mins of each set) (3 sets)
(rest at least from minute 10-11, if not already finished, during each set)

20 cal row (400 m run)
20 thrusters (95/65)(75/45)
20 bar-facing burpees
20 cal assault bike (20 cal row)

**Score is your worst set (i.e., time or cap + unfinished reps)
