1. Snatch with no feet- Heavy Single (90% rate of perceived exertion (RPE)
then: 70/2/2 of days triple.

2. Clean & Jerk- 50/1+2, 60/1+2/2, 70/1+2/2, 75/1+2/2

3. Back Squat- 80/2, 70/3/3

4. Weighted Dips- 3s x 6-8r (tough sets)

5. L-sits x 3 sets (tough)

6. Closets Grip OHS with bottom hold by :20- 1r x 3s
