Tomorrow’s noon class is cancelled along with open gym from 10:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.  Open gym and classes will resume at 5:30 p.m.  Sorry for the inconvience.

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes( 5 sets)
Deadlifts x 3 reps
*Build every set for heavy triple for the day.
(reset after every rep in order to keep perfect form)
