Overhead Squat – 70% x 3, 75% x 3, 80% x 3, 3RM
Power Jerk – 60% (of split jerk) x 3, 65% x 3, 70% x 3, 3RM

Chest elevated glute bridge 3 x 2/fail
close stance foot elevated back squats 3 x 2/fail
Incline wide grip bench press 3 x 2/fail
dumbbell side lateral raises 3 x 2/fail

*2 minute rest at most between exercises
* 3/fail means as many reps as possible stopping with
three reps left in your tank
*start off +5 heavier than last week
