Chest elevated glute bridge 3 x 3/fail
Close stance foot elevated back squats 3 x 3/fail
Incline wide grip bench press 3 x 3/fail
Dumbbell side lateral raises 3 x 3/fail

*2 minute rest at most between exercises
*3/fail means as many reps as possible stopping with
three reps left in your tank
*start off +5 heavier than last week
