**Active Recovery Week**

Take the week off, but be active! If you feel the need to do something at the gym here is a suggested workout which will be done on your own.

On the minute x 10

1 clean pull + 1 clean + 1 jerk @ 65%

then:

4 Giant Sets:

10 kneeling one arm press (each side)
10 Good mornings
20 Air Squats
15 weighted back extensions
rest as needed between sets.
