Take 10 minutes and work on positioning with Frankenstein Squat x 3 reps then:

Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets) of:
Belt Squats x 6-8 reps (heavy) @ 30X1
*first 3 sets do reps of 10 as a warm up increasing weight each set.

Metcon
Fitness & Life
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes (5 sets each):
Minute 1 – 10 Ring Dips/box dips/Diamond pushups
Minute 2 – 2-3 rope climbs /ground to standing
Minute 3 – 15 Kettlebell Swings
